How to REMEMBER English Vocabulary Words

Any language student knows that learning and remembering new vocabulary words are two totally different things.

It’s easy to remember words for a short time, but then we forget them even faster than we learn them. It’s a huge problem and it slows down our learning a lot.

To make sure that you never forget a new word, you need to do a few things.

1. Understand the real meaning of the word and when to use it. If you only have a general idea about a word’s meaning, you will not remember it for long. It will be pushed to the back of your brain never to be found again. You won’t have it ready when you need it during a conversation. You must study some useful sentences for each new word.
